What does the partnership do?

Our network is organized with employers at the helm, to help steer the region and stay competitive. This is accomplished by connecting industry leaders with educators and other experts in the region. Together they shape training programs and career pathways to adapt the workforce to an everchanging market.  

The Southwest Connecticut Manufacturing Partnership connects businesses with talent, influences policy, and provides exclusive opportunities for networking.

Who is leading the partnership?
